We had great service from Waiheke Car Rental. Check in to get the car was a very smooth process and everything well explained. When we inadvertently left a package on the pier as we departed they managed to track us down and get it on the next ferry. Very impressed with their service.Vivien Bridges
Our experience could not have been better. Despite booking at very late notice, the car we booked was ready and waiting for us the next morning after we got off the ferry. While it was a bit older, the Camry was ideal for four adults wanting to explore the island. Great communication from the company before, during and after the hire. We followed all the instructions given, so no unpleasant surprises.Phil Searle
I had a good experience hiring a car with Fabio who provided a great service. The car was nice, instructions regarding refueling and parking were precise and everything went well.Alexandre Machado
